Pastry chef Antonia Manzi uses many exotic fruit flavors to create a variety of South American and European style desserts including peach and raspberry mousse, strawberry and guava parfait, blueberry and lime mini tart, coconut layer cake and chocolate cherry roulade. These desserts can be complemented by the assortment of over 100 after-dinner cordials from around the world, Brazilian coffee, Brazilian Guarana and Brazilian juices. The café also offers quiche, ham and cheese croissants, chocolates and specialty cakes to order, as well as Brazilian cheese bread called Cheenies and Coxinhas (chicken croquettes) made by Siqueira and Silva’s other business, Caseiro Gourmet.
